Leadership begins with the Board of Directors (BOD). Governance and policy making responsibilities is vested in the board, which controls property, is responsible for finances and directs affairs, using the governing documents to guide actions and plans, carried out by developing assistance and support from membership. Officers have specific assignments, as do the directors assigned to specific divisions of the Chamber.

The Executive Committee (EC) acts for and on behalf of the board, when the board is not in session, but is accountable to the entire board for its actions. Comprised of officers (Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, and Secretary) this leadership group works together to make recommendations for actions to the full board, who approve, modify, table or reject the issue or action. This leadership group primarily focuses on operational and administrative objectives.

The board creates volunteer leadership groups to handle the "work" of the Chamber, authorizing and defining the powers of each, annually reviewing activities and proposed programs that has a bearing upon or are expressive of the Chamber mission and purpose.
Divisions include: Economic Development, Community Development and Public Affairs and directors with specific qualifications and passions are assigned accordingly.

Customer service is the key factor of any growing business. Focused on current members, as well as attracting new ones is the primary goal of the Chamber, and that is a lead focus of our ambassador program, known as "The Couriers", a uniquely branded leadership group, aimed at assisting members or prospects to become immersed in the opportunities of the Chamber, at what ever level they are comfortable.
