To fulfill the role of leadership in any community requires commitment, hard work, and relationships. It starts with a small idea, blooming  over time into the realm of thinking where others might then wonder - "Can we do this, should we do this, and how do we do this?"

The World Cafe format stimulates movement and participation while discussing unique topics at different tables for a short period of time, and then each table participants go find another topic and table.  This is repeated to allow for the highest amount of gathering ideas, input, and initiative from those participating.  It makes strategic planning FUN!
